If you are not a current FWCD family, you must create a new username and password. 

By creating a username and password, you will be able to create, edit and review your application before submitting it to us. You will also have the opportunity to review the application requirements and check to see if all documents have been received. Your password must begin with an alphabetic character.

Current FWCD families do not need to create a new account. Logging in with your existing usernname and password will prompt the system to automatically populate many of the required name and address fields on the application.
